Shipping policy

BONVION.COM currently ships to many countries including the European Union, North America, and Asia. (For the full list scroll down to shipping fees) In partnership with Shopify Fulfillment Network, we offer delivery to customers ordering from the USA and US territories.

All the shipment contains a printed invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer.

Estimated transit time after dispatch: 2-10 business days, according to the final destination and carrier partner.
BONVION.COM cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond the control of BONVION.COM

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from BONVION.COM specifying the order the tracking number, and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. ( info@bonvion.com)

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for delivery. BONVION.COM packages are made out of hard cardboard with the BONVION logo printed on extra strong tape around the box.

If the package is hardly damaged or if it was opened during the shipping, the packaging must be kept from further verification. And please contact us immediately at bonvionbudapest@gmail.com. (for urgent use only, otherwise, emails should be sent to:  info@bonvion.com)

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client's address due to a lack of cooperation from the Client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the BONVION.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Hungary at the Client's expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Hungary. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

We usually offer free shipping on all orders over 300€ (excluding possible import costs)
