Refund policy
RETURN:
-Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem, we're here to help.
Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to request a return authorization and return the unwanted item(s).
The Brand Tags and The BONVION tag must still be intact and attached to return items!
(Except custom orders. *see description on the bottom of this page))
-To request a return, please send us an email at info@bonvion.com with the subject "RETURN" and provide us your name, and order number, and let us know what's the problem with your order. Once completed, we will send a confirmation email with all the information needed to be returned and answers to all your additional questions.
Please note that we DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURN!
-Returns must be shipped within 14 days of the order's delivery date.
REFUND:
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by the BONVION.COM team. Please note, that the shipping fee, any additional import tax, and VAT will not be included in the Refund amount.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
-Brand Tags and The BONVION Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
-Returns must be packaged in the BONVION.COM box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
-Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
-Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
-Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim shorts, or briefs) and intimate apparel must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the hygienic protective strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear are not accepted for any kind of refund.
-In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact info@bonvion.com! BONVION.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
-BONVION.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, BONVION.COM will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
-In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, BONVION.COM reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
-Returned items must be sent to our office: 1012 Budapest, Vérmező út 8. 1. emelet 2. Hungary (before sending your return, please contact us at info@bonvion.com)
-Returns from the USA and US territories should be sent to our USA warehouse partner. For US and US territories return we will email you the current warehouse address and labeling suggestions. Please note, that these returns will be handled by our warehouse partner's team.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
All orders that are over 1'500€ are considered custom order.
Custom order are NOT REFUNDABLE, and not returnable. All custom orders are considered final sale.
Please order carefully, and if you need any help with the sizes, please email us.
Please note, that before finalizing custom order, we manually reach out to you for written order confirmation.
If you decide you don't want the custom order, we can cancel your order, and issue your refund.
Fragrance orders:
Please note that due to hygienic reasons, all fragrance, and cosmetic products are final sale!
